Day 2 - Fri 21st - Maryland

Have you ever left a camera with a bored child!!??? Trust me my aunt has learnt her lesson, My lil cousins take pictures of everything, including random shows of tv channels. amen for digital camera, or polaroid would make money of them.

So..... Day 2 in the Maryland (DMV)! My cousins Sunshine & Nneka went to pick up Data from the airport in DC who arrived from London. Unfortunately I hadn't painted on my face or gotten my hair ready. so... they picked her up, went shopping, and left me Home! Alone! with a Camera! & bored out of my freakin mind with not one novel or PC!!

I drove my blackberry buddies mad with my status updates.

OMG: Necklace : $10 store in the NC airport <<< that almost made me miss my flight, I spent about $108

Pinky (hiding her face) flew in for sunshine's graduation. lol straight from the airport. I actually thought they came to save me from the house!!! was wrong but we gisted till night.

Pinky's a giant. Hence Temi and I look like midgets (actually she was on the stairs when she took the picture)

LOL Temi claims the picture below will reduce her bride price!!! I told her on facebook to be proud that at least Nigerian guys will know she eats Nigerian food and she's not too boughie ROTFL

Sunshine's Graduation - Atl Takeova - DMV Trip

So my cousin Sunshine graduated this past Monday, 24th of May from UMBC! Woot Woot!!! congrats chica. You should have heard us screaming, we were like groupies. lol even the Dean & teachers commented that she had a lot of fans.

So on Thursday (LAST WEEK) omg I'm updating so soon not late. Better be proud!!! well I can be proud for both of us (^_^) . So these are pics of me & my cousin Nneka getting ready for our 9am Flight to Maryland

Stuff The Camera Missed:
Little did I know what was in store for me!!! Nneka used AirTran & got there in 1hr 45mins. I paid double with US Airways (late booking) & dealt with a 4 hr flight, people farting on the plane, delays, freezing, and being told a blanket was $7, and crazy ish. (but I saw a $10 jewelry store in NC that made it great, until I almost missed my layover flight shopping lol)

smh everyone on my BB was laughing at me. Yes I deleted my old twitter, and added a new one, it's @ChellBomb.

Stuff the camera missed:

Later that night we went with friends to P.F Changs to eat. I was such a fatty on that trip. I got white rice, almost cried when I realized I should have gotten the fried rice because I had tried it before and loved it. Gosh I even spilled a drink one of our friends.

DMV : DC, Maryland, Virginia. their all close, almoist everyone goes from each state to the next like it's one big happy family. we stayed in MD and partied in DC etc.

Nneka's Graduation @ Opera

THEN MY BATTERY DIED!!!!

so we took a million that were gorgeous with various club photographers @ Opera. so ran to the site to look for the pictures, and I almost threw up my dinner.

oh my gosh!!! Like I knew I gained sooo much weight (20lbs, no kidding, my fat ass weighs 169lbs!!! now HA HA). hmm well dat didn't stop me from eating two pan pizza's from Pizza hut for dinner earlier tonite, ...then going out to dinner again tonite. Anyways my point is the pictures were HIDEOUS!!!!

I was like "what the fuck!!" All the pictures on the photographers site were from the end of the freaking night; when we met up with some friends upstairs in VIP cuz it was her birthday, like around 1am. BUT what happened to all the cute pictures at 11pm when I looked cute, downstairs!!!!!. and omg not even photoshop can save my fat ass!!!  OMG.....

But a girl can try... Best believe I edited the pictures to look less rhino-ish!

Next time I'm only gonna take 2 pictures with club photographers, rather than 24, cuz dis aint top model they don't give a crap what you look like. lol.

you know what's funny!!!! I felt like the ish that day!! Kanye had NOTHING, i mean nothing on me!! we were on fire!! Like the night was surreal, like all we had to do was blink and we had the hottest guys hitting on us ... then a nice guy mistakenly spilt a drink on my cousin, .... then I saw the pictures! BUT my point is, Thomas' Theorem! I felt like i was the ish, and i had the best night ever, we got home at about 5.30am.

a while ago in a non mundane monday's post I had a video of an Nigerian artist that had a video that a lot of people were talking about, and a friend wanted me to post it. It was a funny video. Apparently the video was for Mnet etc and wasn't the official video.

so the new video's out. It's very cute. making Nigerian gossip blogs and papers go crazy. He's a popular artist, and I don't watch Nigerian movies (because they never end, it's like part 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc and yall know I have no patience) but the lady in the video is one of the most popular actresses in Africa (Nollywood, like Bollywood). extra info for non Nigerian readers to get an idea of the fun hoopla.

So the new video just came out: it's so cute! and I really like the song. I need to catch up on my Nigerian music.

ps: sorry haven't been updating, I just haven't been excited about much, i feel like ive been everywhere in Atl, food, club, you know, nothing new, like it's same pictures, same friends, different clothes. maybe I need a change of scenery ;)
