**** (shitty company, my rant)

[edit 9.15pm (one guy finally showed up at 8PM!! he was nice, helpful and apologetic, so I decided to edit out the company's name since not everyone is as shitty as J*** M****)]


I hate Shitty customer service!! I detest it. You'd think if you are paying someone a minimum of $2,000 they would act right and not curse you on the phone or give you attitude. Well if you are using this company (edited name), and especially if you speak to an asshole called J*** M**** you are greatly mistaken.

An idiot or crook built this house, so everything is falling apart. If you read my twitter status's you'd understand. Plumbing in February was probably about $700.  Haven't had air on 2 floors because the heating & cooling guy said something blew, and it'll cost $10,000 to fix. Um I'll settle for doing my makeup in the heat, and sleeping on bottom floor.

So while hanging out in the basement, I looked at my printer, wondering why on earth it was always wet. then i looked above, and yup, the ceiling was leaking. WTF! The company I used for my plumbing Roto Rooter has the nicest and coolest employees, and they do a good job, trust me a previous company wrongly took out the whole kitchen faucet, instead of the right part & Bruce form Roto Rooter fixed it.

So obviously when the ceiling started leaking I used Roto Rooter fot fix the plumbing, and they recommended this guy who turned out to be an ASS to do the drying. I told him a million times that I wasn't going through home owners insurance, and he told me then in that case if I didn't have $2000 check for him he wouldn't come over, assess , and do the work etc.

FINE! ill give u the fucking check just get here. I called and emailed the next say to make sure he was coming. He gives me a vague time, I call back for a specific time, he tells me 11am-noon. Me & my sis, wait, wait, wait. it's 12.18 and we haven't heard from anyone. so I call the company to see whats up. 12.33 John calls me & claims he was at my house knocking & ringing the door bell. I'm like I didn't hear anything, why didn't you call????? Sure there's a black car in my drive way, but I still didn't hear any knocks, or doorbell that you claimed. Why didn't you call??? a 2 year old would do that right? most companies do that right?

Anyways I reschedule my appointment, and the bastard has the guts to tell me that I darn well better be there when he gets there. I'm like wow!! don't curse at me, I called you several times today, to make sure you were coming, the least he could do was call me. Even though I've been appalled by his rudeness since yesterday, I'm, not sure what other company to use do I'm stuck with him. He was like fine, he will call me an hour before he gets here and I better be waiting.

What a fucking douche.

Due to his attitude I honestly doubt he will do a great job. And I'm not sure where else to call. I'm so irritated. & if he does a shitty job, the wood above would buckle up, and it's bye bye red oak, and more money down the drain.

anyways wanted to bitch. so if a company suggests them: goodluck!

  2. Oh I am sorry about all this.
    Our house is still "new" so I just call the builder people if we have problems. They contract someone out if they can't fix it.

    But I do hate talking to dumbass Dish Network people, I want to poke them with a pin. HATE all of them. (But do love my T-Mo people, they are amazing. This has nothing to do with your post, but yeah...)

    Hope the guy (asswhole) does a good job.

  3. Poor Customer Service is the WORSE. I have to agree with you, who doesn't call a customer to see if their there, especially if you DROVE all the way up there. This guy sounds like a jerk!

No ma'm don't give him one red hard earned penny of yours ... this is america for pete's sake not The caribbean where there is only one man who does the job and nobody else ... this is freakin america... the great..u better get ur phone book out and find another company ! he has no right to speak to you like that... he must be out his everloving mind if he thought he could've ... sorry i just had to vent..people work to hard to be treated like that ...

  7. Why did you delete the information? People only improve their businesses if it affects their bottom line. Most of us google companies before we use them and you're doing people like me a disservice by protecting these ones. I hope everything gets fixed. And you should definitely file a BBB report.
